Petition to the United States House of Representatives
We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the United States House of Representatives hold hearings and a vote on the
question of sending a Bill of Impeachment of Vice President Richard Cheney to the United States Senate.
Such hearings should include the issue of Vice President Cheney's behavior in the Valerie Plame Affair. His behavior could
only have been Criminal in ordering his Chief-of-Staff, Scooter Libby, to reveal Ms. Plame's status as an undercover CIA agent;
or Conspiratorial in covering-up Mr. Libby's criminal acts; or Negligent in failing to follow-up on reports of Mr. Libby's
criminal acts. Any such Crime or Conspiracy or Negligence warrants his impeachment and removal from office.
